💼 Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote or Hybrid

You’ll work hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, email funnels, and customer journey mapping — always seeking ways to elevate performance and visibility.

🚀 What You'll Do:

  • Analyse and optimise digital performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Enhance the customer journey and streamline marketing funnels
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement growth opportunities
  • Manage technical marketing tools and support platform development
  • Help us scale the L’ Atelier Évoque brand into a household name

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in technical marketing (web management, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Available 24–40 hours per week
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B)

Customer Service Lead

Location: Remote or Hybrid
Type: Part-time or Full-time (16–40 hours per week)

Join our fast-growing team as a Customer Service Lead — where you'll not only handle day-to-day inquiries, but also take initiative to shape and grow our customer support department. You’ll be the voice of L’ Atelier Évoque, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for both B2C and B2B clients.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle customer support via email and chat
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service flow
  • Take ownership of FAQs, return management, and proactive outreach
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • MBO/HBO-level education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
  • Availability: 16–24 hours/week (flexible schedule)
