Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.


📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return your item(s). Returns must arrive at our warehouse within this period. No reason is required for the return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Sent back in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and tags

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense. We always inspect and, where possible, offer repair or replacement before issuing any refunds.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Items excluded from return for hygiene or defect-related reasons

Note: Items purchased on sale can be returned within 30 days unless the item is clearly labeled as "final sale" or "non-returnable" due to specific reasons.


💰 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and depend on your local courier’s pricing. We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed. For exchanges, your replacement item will ship once the original is inspected and accepted.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  2. We will review your request and send instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send out the exchange.
