Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Instructions or returns can be done quickly and easily by Click here .
Return period
We use a 14 day return period in which the customer can return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to our warehouse in Belgium within these 14 days.
Returns Policy
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unused (including any included accessories). Any returns not conforming to the terms may be refused and will be sent to the customer at their own risk. Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
REMARK:
For items that are on sale or other promotions, no refund place. These items can only be returned in exchange for another item or redeemed for credit on your account.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal are eligible for a different size or color of the same product. If only one of the items wants to be exchanged, we will only refund the one you want to exchange and you keep the other.
Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier in the country where you send your package as a return to our warehouse in Belgium.
Return processing time
If you believe you are returning a product of excellent value and we receive it, we will process your return immediately. This way we can ensure the exchange is in order within a few days.
How do I submit a return?
Please contact our team for possible replacement. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On your bank. If this service is extended with the return shipment, you can choose a new item or ask us to refund the amount directly to your bank. Please note that in some cases it takes a few days before the amount is refunded to your bank.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If the product is not available, we will contact you and look at the possibilities together with you.
Where can I find my order numbers to register my return?
You can find your order numbers in the confirmation email received on the platform of orders. This is a five-digit code. If you do not receive this email correctly, please contact us.
What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
If your product is defective we would like to receive confirmation as proof and help you with a new one. It is necessary to resolve this at this time. Please send us an email immediately to info@atelier-evoque.com with a photo of the complaint.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
