Frequently Asked Questions
We aim to process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package via our delivery partner (usually USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or through our track your order page.
We ship directly within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you haven’t received it after that, please contact us at info@atelier-evoque.com.
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
- Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returning an item is easy:
- Contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Yes! Visit our Gift Card section to choose your amount. During checkout, you can enter the recipient’s email and a personal message. The gift card will be sent digitally to their inbox with redemption instructions.

Contact us immediately at info@atelier-evoque.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to update the address. If it’s already in transit, you may need to contact the carrier to request a reroute (fees may apply).
All applicable taxes are included in your order total at checkout. There are no hidden fees or charges.
